We have an opening for a unique private full-time live-in caregiver opportunity currently based in Clark Summit, PA. The patients are two pleasant married older adults residing at home. The live-in caregiver would be the primary person responsible for assistance with ADL’s, providing companionship, and following the care plan while keeping the patients physically, socially, and mentally active (the patients do have other support as well). Additional responsibilities would include transporting the patients to and from appointments, providing updates to family and other care team members, and coordinating follow through on daily care needs.

The successful candidate must be caring, reliable, and willing to eventually relocate with the patients to either California, Arizona, or Texas (location pending and to be discussed further). Will consider the right qualified applicant from outside of the local geographic area if willing to relocate with the patients. Compensation is negotiable and commensurate with experience and willingness to relocate.

Job Requirements:

• H.S. Diploma or G.E.D.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language
• At least (1) year of documented experience in home care with elderly/disabled patients, (2+ preferred)
• Certified Nurses Aide (CNA) preferred (but not required)
• Registered and fully insured, reliable vehicle.
• Driver’s License
• Current CPR Certification
• Clean criminal background
• 2-Step TB/Physical within 1 year
• 3 References from past employers and colleagues
• Willingness to relocate with the patients (CA, AZ, TX)
